Growing up in NY, I had the opportunity to begin a strong foundation in health, as a way of life. I trained in classical dances (Ballet and Tap), as well as Gymnastics. Proper nutrition was also at the forefront of daily living from the start.
With a vision to inspire others on the importance of a healthy lifestyle, I became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2012. I trained private clients in their homes or gyms, with and without equipment, and led high-energy fun boot camp style workouts for groups throughout NYC. Meeting incredible people, of all ages and sizes while exploring the beautiful neighborhoods of NYC was so inspiring!
Once the pandemic befell us, I transitioned to online training, and it was a hit! The virtual concept opened my eyes to another idea. I have the opportunity to make an impact on many more lives all over the country and even around the globe!
A large part of my happiness comes from knowing that I can make a difference in people's lives. That is my goal.
I realized though, that now more than ever, we need to make sure we kept our mental and emotional health in check as well. To stay happy, we need more than just our physical health, we need peace of mind, inner strength, and to keep stress levels as low as possible.
My knowledge in guidance, advising, and coaching was not only in fitness, but in emotional health, nutrition, and holistic therapies for our mental and physical beings. So, I decided to become certified as a Life Coach to create a whole-person experience. We can only be our best selves if every part of us is at its best. My goal is to help as many people as I can unlock their potentials, physically and mentally.
When we feel energized, we thrive. If we take good care of our minds and bodies, they will treat us well. Life is ever changing, and it's up to us to improve ourselves and grow as we evolve. It is so easy to get swept up in our daily habits: Wake up, Work, Sleep, Eat, Repeat. At times, we all need a reminder that there is more to life than just that. Quality of life is sometimes the forgotten piece of our puzzles. We all seek ways to live our best lives. Let's start with our health.
